1. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. When will I receive tracking information?

Tracking details are sent via email once the shipment has been handed to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we may be able to assist. Once the order has been processed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards and secure checkout options supported by Shopify’s payment system.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, shipping availability may vary. Shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review and assist accordingly.
